The Lumberton Christian Care Center serves a hot meal from 10:30-11:30 am Monday - Friday. All are welcome.

Downtown Lumberton churches take turns providing a meal on Saturday mornings at 10:30 am.

The Lumberton Christian Care Center also serves as an emergency shelter for those who need a place to stay - men, women and families.
Our shelter is open to men, women and families. We cannot accept anyone who is a registered sex offender or with a warrant out for his/her arrest. Everyone must be accompanied by a Lumberton Police Officer. They will run a background check. The only exception to this is if someone is placed by one of our partner agencies, and they have verified the person in need. Please call the Lumberton Police Department at (910) 671-3845 for assistance. Only emergencies are admitted after 11:00 pm.
